Public Safety Task Force

The purpose of the Public Safety Task Force is to increase safety in public and private spaces in Central Baltimore. The Public Safety Task Force works to unite partners, leverage resources, and work with Baltimore City Police, to support their efforts in reducing gang and prostitution activity in Central Baltimore.
Public Safety partners include Johns Hopkins University, University of Baltimore, Maryland College Institute of Art (MICA), Midtown Benefits District, Charles Village Community Benefits District and a number of community association safety leaders.
