Arts District Redevelopment Opportunity  

This beautiful and historic building is situated on 30 E. North Avenue, adjacent to some of the most esteemed recent redevelopments (both in terms of design and community contribution) in Baltimore. For example: The Centre, SNF Parkway, Motor House, and Fred Lazarus lV Center are all within 1000 feet. The location is in the heart of the Station North Arts and Entertainment District, with its concentration of dining and cultural opportunities, and just 4 blocks away from Baltimore’s Penn Station transportation hub.

The Trustees of the Seventh Baptist Church, Heritage Development & Real Estate, LLC. (“Owners”) and Central Baltimore Partnership are seeking developers and/or end users to redevelop and reuse Seventh Metro Church, 30 E. North Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, 21202. According to recent field measurements, the usable area is approximately 18,000 square feet on a 13,775 square foot parcel. The property is listed as a Contributing Structure in the North Central National Historic District. In November 2019, the Maryland Historic Trust awarded $2 million in state historic tax credits to the church as part of a major restoration.
